A unique technology
Strength and rigidity
LL-TECH is based on a soil stabilization technology using polymers specifically formulated for road infrastructure applications.
The resulting pavement structure generates highly cohesive infrastructure, providing high bearing capacity, long-term durability, and remarkable mechanical resistance.
Flexibility with shape memory
Unlike traditional paving solutions, the technology retains controlled flexibility incorporating a shape memory capability. This property allows it to absorb mechanical and thermal stresses without failure, while maintaining the structural integrity of the pavement.
A viscosity behavior that optimizes every stage of the worksite
LL-TECH has an intelligent viscosity that automatically adapts to the road construction process.
At rest: high viscosity
The product is naturally thick when not mixed. It remains perfectly stable, without flow or migration into the soil. This ensures full control prior to application.
During mixing: low viscosity
When mixed with water and subjected to mechanical agitation, viscosity drops rapidly. The product becomes highly fluid, allowing it to penetrate deeply and uniformly coat soil particles. This temporary fluidity ensures optimal impregnation.
After application: high viscosity again
Once mixing is completed and compaction is finished, viscosity naturally increases again. The polymer stabilizes and forms a dense, cohesive, and durable matrix. The resulting structure is strong, stable, and resistant to long-term stresses.
LL-TECH follows the ideal sequence for a durable pavement structure:
- Thick at rest to remain in place
- Fluid during mixing to penetrate the soil
- Rigid after compaction to ensure long-term performance
This controlled transition creates a dense, stable, and resistant structure, even under demanding conditions.
It is this intelligent behavior that makes all the difference in the field.
